Hi! I'm Sam Schleiffarth. I fell in love with family photography when I had my first baby. I wanted to remember everything, the thigh rolls, the little lips, the fingers and toes, all of it. I started documenting the everyday moments because I didn't want to forget a single thing. Later, as days got harder and longer, I started taking pictures to romanticize the everyday. My goal for these sessions is to capture your family in it's natural element. Each location has it's perks. At home session are a perfect way to bottle up a season in your life. We can also head to your favorite park or soda shop and hang out there. St. Louis offers many beautiful locations and parks to pick from if you want something away from home. We can brainstorm together the best ways to represent your family. I send a style guide to every client to help with coordinating your families outfits.
